Φ12mm–Φ40mm
Headed Anchor Plate Coupler, also called forged end anchorage, is a mechanical anchoring component consisting of forged anchor head and integrated steel plate, designed for rebar end anchorage instead of traditional bent hooked rebars. It covers series D152, D158, D108, fits US #4–#11 rebar (13–36mm metric), with one-piece, two-piece, male/female thread, double-end forged head styles. Available in plain black steel or epoxy coated anti-corrosion finish, fully meets ACI 318, ASTM A970, ICC AC-133 and global traffic construction standards, delivering full ultimate tensile capacity of rebars for precast and cast-in-place concrete structures.
Size: 12mm-40mm
Meet the requirements of steel bars: HRB500/B500B/SD600/ASTM 75
Material: S45C
Solve rebar congestion: Cancel bent hook rebars, greatly reduce steel crowding at beam-column joints, improve concrete pouring compactness and construction quality.
Full load transfer: Forged integrated head evenly transfers tension, compression and shear force, fully exert rebar ultimate strength for seismic heavy-load projects.
Compact & space-saving: Small outline adapts to thin walls, shallow slabs and limited embedment depth without long development length.
Higher site safety: Minimize protruding dowels, reduce collision damage during formwork and reinforcement binding.
Diversified optional styles: One-piece forged head, two-piece plate, male thread, female thread, double-end head for different construction space limits.
Corrosion customizable: Plain finish for normal buildings; epoxy coating for coastal, humid, chemical corrosive environments.
Standardized certification: Pass ACI, ASTM, ICC and highway authority tests, complete test reports for bidding submission.
Cost & time efficient: Cut steel consumption of bent rebars, simplify on-site binding, shorten construction cycle.
Precast concrete projects: Precast beam-column bolted joints, column shoes, beam shoe matching anchorage connections.
Congested reinforcement zones: Thin slabs, shallow walls, dense rebar beam-column core areas, bulkhead anchorage.
Infrastructure engineering: Highway bridges, municipal subways, tunnels, hydraulic dams, industrial heavy-duty factories.
Special anchorage demands: Signage posts, light standard heavy anchorage, one-side forming concrete components.
Double-side beam connection: Two-way beam joints on column cross-sections with D-type double-sided anchor couplers.
Rebar End Preparation: Thread rebar end strictly according to matched UNC/UN thread size, remove burrs and chamfer edges.
Factory Pre-assembly (Precast): Fix anchor plate coupler inside mould with positioning fixture, ensure coaxiality with main rebar.
Rebar Connection: Screw threaded rebar fully into female end anchor until tight fit; align double-head anchors for two-way reinforcement.
Auxiliary Reinforcement: Bind matching containment ties and spiral reinforcement around anchor plate as design required.
Concrete Casting: Pour concrete slowly around anchorage area to avoid voids caused by dense steel layout.
On-site Splicing: For continuous rebar connection, align male & female end anchors and tighten with torque wrench to specified torque value.
