Φ18 Radial Cold Extrusion Rebar Sleeve for Mid-Rise Column

The Φ18 cold extrusion rebar coupler is made of high-quality Q345B seamless pipe, with a length of 110mm, outer diameter of 34mm and single weight of 0.38kg. It is equipped with 3 pairs of bilateral crimping points and 35-40Mpa standard working pressure, featuring stable radial clamping force and excellent structural stability.

▎Application Scenarios:

▎Operation Method:

Clean and straighten the rebar end, mark the embedding scale; sleeve the coupler in place; extrude laterally with 35-40Mpa pressure from the middle to both sides; embed the other rebar and perform secondary extrusion to form a permanent connection.
