A Free samples of standard specifications are available (freight collect). The sample production lead time is 3–5 working days, and international courier delivery takes 5–7 working days.

A The warranty period is 12 months from the date of goods receipt. Within the warranty scope, if there are material or manufacturing defects in the product itself, we will provide free replacement of new products or bear rework costs; if damage is caused by improper installation or human error, we will provide repair/replacement services at cost price.

A Installation is simple and efficient, requiring only 3 steps: ① Strip ribs and roll threads on the rebar end; ② Screw the sleeve onto one end of the rebar; ③ Connect the other rebar and tighten with a torque wrench (torque values refer to ISO 15835 standard). A rebar threading machine is required for matching use (we can provide tool purchasing recommendations or supporting supply).

A The HS code for rebar connection couplers is 7318190000. For customs declaration, you need to provide the product manual, certification report, and certificate of origin. We will provide standardized templates for customs declaration documents to ensure smooth customs clearance.

A We can provide a full set of export certification documents: ① Product certifications: ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification; ② Trade documents: Certificate of Origin (CO/FTA), commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration form, and product test report.

A The main material is 45# high-quality carbon steel (or HRB400 alloy steel, customizable upon request). It undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, with tensile strength ≥ 630MPa, yield strength ≥ 400MPa, and elongation at break ≥ 15%, ensuring strength grade compatibility with reinforcing bars.

A The standard applicable rebar diameter ranges are φ12mm–φ40mm (metric) and #4–#13 (imperial). Thread types include parallel thread (HRB400/500), taper thread, etc. Non-standard sizes (e.g., special diameters, lengths, thread specifications) are available via customization; please provide detailed technical parameters for feasibility verification.
