Product Description

1. Product Overview

Working ahead of rolling rollers, peeling blades cut raised outer ribs of deformed rebars to eliminate uneven bulges which would damage rolling rollers during cold rolling. Clean smooth cylindrical surface after peeling ensures uniform thread forming by subsequent roller extrusion, directly improving finished thread qualification rate.

High speed steel substrate plus multiple heat treatment greatly improves anti-cracking performance under intermittent heavy cutting load; blades can be reground 2~3 times after wear to extend service cycle and save procurement cost. Compact modular design allows fast single-piece replacement without disassembling whole peeling assembly, cutting machine downtime.
