Full Automatic Upset Forging Rebar Thread Forming Machine For Construction

Different from split separate processing units, this integrated automatic upset forging machine combines upset shaping and thread machining in single equipment. After bar feeding, hydraulic cylinder extrudes rebar end for upset thickening automatically, then completes parallel thread rolling without secondary clamping. It targets mass production of upset forged rebar coupler blanks for coupler manufacturers.
