The CNC Upset Forging Parallel Thread Coupler is a high-strength rebar connection component. It features precision CNC-machined parallel threads on upset rebar ends, ensuring reliable, load-bearing joints that meet Grade I connection standards.This series encompasses various certified and performance-tested couplers, such as ISO15835 standard rebar couplers, Bartec couplers, CARES and DCL-approved rebar couplers, and slip test-qualified rebar couplers.

Different from conventionally machined upset couplers, this product adopts fully automated CNC integrated production workflow covering blank cutting, end upset forging and thread processing. Computer numerical control systems precisely regulate hydraulic pressure and machining stroke during upset forming, ensuring every coupler maintains uniform end thickening size. The parallel threads are lathed by high-precision CNC equipment, which eliminates manual operation errors and guarantees perfect fit with matched threaded rebars. The one-piece forged structure retains complete metal fiber, avoiding hidden structural defects during long-term service。
With extremely high precision, the threads are perfectly matched. The tolerance of the internal and external threads is very small, the thread profile is full, smooth and free of burrs, and it fits 100% with the steel bar thread, ensuring more uniform force distribution.
