Taper threading Coupler:

The tapered thread connection system developed by Chiping Dingli in 2021 meets the American standard ACI-15835. After 1 million repeated tensile tests, the residual deformation of the sleeve is less than 0.1. The test results show that its performance is 100% higher than 1.35-1.60 times that of the original steel bar base material. Under the ultimate test, 100% of fractures occur in the original steel bar base material, which the connection and the sleeve remained intact.

Quick-Connect Threading Coupler:

The quick-connect sleeve developed by Chiping Dingli in 2022 is the first of its kind in China. It can complete the butt connection of two steel bars within 15 seconds, eliminating the previous process of threading steel bars, which greatly saves the construction time of the project and improves the construction efficiency.
